Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, the commissioner representing Ughelli South, Udu and Urhobo in Warri South in the commission, Chief Amos Itihwe, have be seen commissioning wooden boat

A facebook user says "Governor Ifeanyi Okowa  through Desopadec Commissioner, Sir Amos Itihwe purchases wooden boats for Ughelli South community."
