Trouble as IPOB rejects Arewa Youths’ quit notice withdrawal, asks all Igbos to return home

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has rejected the withdrawal of the quit notice earlier issued to all easterners living in the northern region by the coalition of Arewa Youths Consultation Forum vanguard report.

The Coalition of Northern Groups CNG has withdrawn the “quit notice” it issued Igbos resident in the region, but asked the Federal Government to arrest the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu saying the time has come to curtail his excesses.

The Chairman of the Northern Governors Forum and Borno state Governor, Kashim Shettima, Sen. Kabiru Gaya and other northern leaders, Thursday in Abuja, the group however said it would continue to pursue its other demands up to the United Nations.

However, before the expiration of the order of October 1, the group made a volt farce, withdrawing the order yesterday.

But IPOB has rejected the withdrawal, urging the Arewa Youths to stick to the eviction order if they have integrity.

IPOB slao urged all Igbos and other southerners living in the north to ignore the withdrawal and come home.
