Lessons for Nigerians and Her Leaders

Nigeria as a nation needs to develop mentally and psychologically to protect Herself from external manipulation, Our leaders should avoid evil works and corruption, learn to accept our position and take responsibility for our actions. Let learn from Libya situation and think of advancement of the sickly democracy, our Upper and Lower Houses should learn to promote bills that will advance Nigeria democratically. Laws that will keep corruption out of the country.

Let learn from Libya, She is now back to full scale war, after a decade of warlords fighting, Libya left to its own fate with no peace yet.

Recently, forces loyal to renegade General Khalifa Haftar have advanced on the city, the base of the country's internationally-backed government which left at least 47 people, including nine civilians, have been killed in the fighting since the launch of the offensive on Thursday 4 of April which made the World Health Organization ( WHO ) to issue statement on Tuesday.
The escalating situation on the outskirts of Tripoli threatens to further destabilise Libya and triggered fears that it could spill into urban warfare inside the capital, which is defended by local militias and other groups, including battle hardened forces from the city of Misrata.

The UN had scheduled a three-day conference on April 14 in the southwestern town of Ghadames to discuss a constitutional framework for elections as a way to end the North African country's eight-year crisis.

The press office of the Libyan National Army (LNA) of which Khalifa Haftar is general commander has announced it has taken a position in El-Azizia, some 45 km south-west of Tripoli.
"The base of the fourth Brigade el-Azizia returns to the homeland after violent fighting and clashes", it said. The statement also said that "machine guns" were taken along with an unspecified number of "prisoners".
On Saturday, an official source of the coalition of militants defending Tripoli and Premier Fayez al-Sarraj from Haftar's attack, which has been ongoing since last Thursday, announced that the LNA had withdrawn from el-Azizia to Garian, 40 km to the south.
This is a tragic lessons for Africans and Nigerians in particular to learn from, to solve its problems and expect no angels and no miracles from elsewhere.
